Mr Joshua Jacobs is interested in researching Information Communication Technology (ICT) in Education, Technology Enhanced Learning, Learning Technologies, and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
His research focuses on equitable access to digital learning environments, the integration of ICT in education, and the spatial and temporal dimensions of learning in higher education. He is interested in qualitative and mixed methods research, particularly design-based research and critical pedagogy, as well as research exploring transformative frameworks for digital learning.
